Waterside West is a beautiful condominium complex that is in a great spot for Summer and Winter. Just steps away is the Fraser River Trail where you can take an easy stroll, roller blade or have a family picnic. There is even a trout stocked fishing pond outside for the mountain fisherman. Waterside West is a wonderful place to relax during your mountain vacation. A cleaning fee will be applied for stays of 2 nights or less. Two bedroom- 105.00 USD Two bedroom loft and three bedroom- 115.00 USD Check-in time is after 4PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11AM. Please check-in at the front desk of Winter Park Vacation Rentals located at 78977 US Highway 40. Please note the front desk operating hours are 9AM- 5PM. Here in the Northern Colorado high country is the perfect spot for vacationing year round. Wintertime brings snow fun activities- skiing, snowboarding and tubing. When Summer arrives you can enjoy biking, hiking and fishing. Fraser is a great choice for a Rocky Mountain getaway.
